Misja Helsloot Presents "The Airborne Residency"

Starting Spring 2005, DJ / producer MISJA HELSLOOT will take care of a radioshow to be broadcasted on the in-flight music channel of Dutch airline company Transavia. The programme will be broadcasted on all flights of Transavia, both continental and intercontinental, through channel 3. This is the first music channel after the movie channels 1 and 2. With this cooperation Transavia, Helsloot and Gesture Music further carry out the leading position of Dutch DJ's and producers in worldwide dance industry. Main part of the 90 minute show is one hour of non-stop mixing by MISJA HELSLOOT. Of course, the focuss in this DJ set will be on his own productions and remixes, and on tracks by artists from his label Gesture Music. Besides, Misja will introduce a different guest DJ every time to do a 30 minute mix. First in line for this guestmix is Rank1. Other big names from the Netherlands like Armin van Buuren and Tiësto have already showed their interest.

MISJA HELSLOOT is working in dance industry for over a decade. First as a DJ and later he started producing Trance and Progressive dance tracks in his own studio. He has released eleven mixcd's so far, including several parts of well known series as In Trance We Trust and Forbidden Paradise. Last year May his double mixcd Back From Your Past was released. In founding his own label in 2001 a dream came true. Gesture Music, managed together with Maarten van Oosten, is now a succesful label with artists like Ozone, Dreas and Inner State. His DJ sets showed Helsloot all four corners of the globe, from Scandinavia to southern Europe to Canada, Australia and the USA. In the Netherlands Misja headlined all major parties and festivals such as Trance Energy, Impulz and Dance Valley.

And now, Helsloot is ready for take off. His trance travel will get Transavia passengers in party mood, already on their way to summer or winter holidays. Customer relations at the highest level. Every new show will run for a period of three months. On April 1, 2005, the first broadcast of "MISJA HELSLOOT presents his Airborn Residency" will be on air. Litterally. The sky is no limit.
