After grabbing the attention of music critics and audiences with her soulful deephouse vocals and DJing skills, Chicago artist JANEL ROLAND is bringing her unique sound to European nightclubs in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

DJ and vocalist JANEL ROLAND is currently touring Europe for the first time and showcasing her soulful Deep House sound to a new audience of music lovers. The Chicago-based chanteuse has been receiving a wide variety of attention that includes praise from radio personality KING BRITT to Scott Sterling of URB Magazine who included her in the publication's list of Next 100 DJs.

Roland began her European tour playing an exclusive, invite-only loft party in Germany on the 14th of May 2004 and continued it with shows at Silo (www.fluffyclouds.be) and B in Belgium. Her next stop is Pure in Eindhoven, Netherlands on Friday, May 21st before the tour concludes on Saturday, May 22nd at 190 East in Frankfurt, Germany.

With her vocal and DJ talent, JANEL ROLAND has planted strong roots in the Chicago House scene. Trained in classical voice, piano, and the clarinet, Roland brinngs a unique style and sound to ever-expanding genre of Deep House. The DJ/singer plays constantly in Chicago nightclubs, but has also enjoyed playing internationally in locals such as Korea.
