On Saturday, October 25th, RICHIE HAWTIN aka PLASTIKMAN will kick off his US tour at Avalon New York for Closer, his first new Plastikman album in five years. As one of second-wave techno's most celebrated auteurs, RICHIE HAWTIN’s music has captured the imagination of techno fans worldwide with his remote, hallucinatory and disorientingly Cubist sounds that stimulate the mind & body on the dancefloor. This highly anticipated night is the CMJ 2003 MUSIC MARATHON’s premiere dance music event and will also feature JOSH WINK with his trademark mix of house and techno on which Wink has built his international reputation. This will be a defining event for dance music in New York City with the stunning combination of two of the most respected DJs/producers in electronic music today.

Closer is in stores October 21st on novamute featuring Plastikman vocals in his music for the first time ever.

JOSH WINK’s Profound Sounds V2 on Ovum Recordings/system recordings is in stores now with re-edited & re-mixed tracks all mixed live with effect units and samplers.
