X-ANGEL
X-Angel started his career as a DJ back in 1987,working for a local company in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was used to splicing reel to reels and cassette tapes to make his own cut-up remixes, but this was the first time he was introduced to turntables. Soon, doing the same old songs at weddings and graduation parties got really boring, so X-Angel started scratching and doing breaks using soul and R&B records combining them with 80's pop hits and industrial. In 1989, he started his own DJ business with his wife and named it "Maim That Tune". This business brought him to many cities and locales, where he met many of his favorite DJs' and improved his mixing skills. In 1996, X-Angel relocated to Missoula, Montana and started X-Angel Legion, where he did many live raves and underground parties playing mostly German Trance-Holland happy core and hard Techno. The year 2002 brought him into the digital mixing age, where he used software such as Acid and Soundforge to bring new life to his shows. X-Angel now calls Meridian, Idaho his home-base and continues to produce his own remixes and bootlegs on his computer software but still bringing justice to the turntables with his hybrid style of Trip-Hop and Old School. 2005 promises 2 new self produced CDs of all original songs and more remix CDs.
