Dj Wickid has been makin a name for himself here in Dallas Tx as a Drum and Bass Dj for the last year. He has only been djing for about 2 years now, but quickly learned and was very determined to learn the artform known as drum and bass.

Getting his first set of technics in around March of 05 he only had one dj cartrige and no mixer. He went and found him a mixer someone would give him for free an optimus mixer that wasnt made for djing at all. He then set it up to a cd player (not a cdj) and mixed out of cds. Just before that he had a virtual dj program on a old out of date hp computer ....unable to use headphones he would sit up till 4 am and desperately try to get tunes to match till he finally did. DjWickid is very known for being into the music strictly for the love and just being a local Dj is like a dream come true

He started playing out in early February of 06 at a venue called afterlife for a friends birthday. Then after that he had a show in Houston Tx that went very well and linked him to other veteran Djs in the local scene. They had asked him to come back in a month and from then on things have been lookin up for this young Dj.
