From a very young age Wayne Wreckz has been into music. At the age of 14 Wayne joined his family group playing the keyboard, producing and co writing songs, where they preformed from Leicester, Bradford, Nottingham, Derby Birmingham, London's Shepard's Bush and various festivals on main stage in front of 20,000 people. The group also won various competitions. Whilst was in the group he also produced for other groups and singers in and around Leicester. In between all this Wayne was also asked to dj at house parties and other functions. Back then it was more of a hobby.

In 2000 Wayne and his partner David decided to go the club promotions route with a night call Afterdark. They did a few one off dates then Wayne started the Afterdark crew with another DJ where they fast came a name in Leicester playing along side The Gorrillaz, So Solid Crew, etc.. In the beginning of 2001 Wayne Wreckz took the solo route and there's been no looking back. Soon Wayne was on the Sony Street Team doing promotions in and around Leicester nights, like Jennifer Lopez album launch parties.

Wayne has played with the likes of PMC, General Levy, DJ Swerve, Big Ted, DJ Spoony, and David Ronigan, hosted the 411, Elizabeth Troy and many more artists. Wayne has also played in Ibiza. In all that, Wayne started a weekly promotion with his partner called CHIC which went on for 6 months before the club changed into a rock club. Then they moved it to Burton On Trent for a few one off's and also in Leicester they did a few dates at Rebirth. Now Wayne currently plays at his residencies up and down the UK.

Wayne Wreckz is also the tour DJ for the Devius, a Hip Hop group from Leicester who won the Channel U Competition for the best video in 2004 out of ten selected. Wayne has worked on numerous RSL's with Vision FM where he does a prime time day show, Monday to Friday playing a mix of music and a RnB show in the evenings twice a year and will be streaming via the net very soon.
