A UK based DJ with mixing experience spanning back to 1995 when he was hooked by dark and different sounds coming from the Orbit in Leeds and Voodoo in Liverpool. DJs such as Dave Clarke, Laurent Garnier, Sven Vath, Surgeon & Joey Beltram were delivering ground breaking sets that moved away from everything dance music was becoming. Since those days the natural progression to producing came in 1999.

Today he is obsessed with the ever reducing lines between DJ and producer. A combination of technology, skill and music knowledge help to put together unique sets that create a personal sound and atmosphere. Using Mixvibes (an alternative to final scratch), a laptop, effects units, samplers, turntables and a mixer to manipulate tracks and form sets. By sampling, the dynamics of a track can be altered immediately; effects units help to manipulate sound further, as does scratching. Although this is all on the moment manipulation, Mixvibes allows the Warped Project to cross further into the realms of producer. Using this technology means tracks, loops and samples made in the studio environment can be easily exported to any turntables.

A typical Warped Project set is a mixture of Techno and Electro. The aim is always to create an atmosphere as well as give the audience what they want.
