Work hard, play harder. Words of wisdom from Tommy B that he says has gotten him where he is today. From the start Tommy has been inspired by djs that bring a tangible sense of energy to the dancefloor. From early US hardhouse sounds like Mark V and Poogie Bear, Irene, and RIP to the UK NRG of Tony De Vit, Steve Thomas, and the Tekno Kings, his musical influences today span too many names and genres to keep track of. Since that fateful day in 1997 when Tommy first dropped the needle to the wax he has realized that having style is what separates the good djs from the great djs. His philosophy is there is more to djing than being able to beatmatch. You have got to get the crowd involved and you have got to have a good time doing it. A dj could have the best technical skills in the world, but if he is not into his mix, the crowd wont be either. This attitude has helped to make Tommy B one of Colorados most recognized names. He has graced the decks across countless cities in North and Central America and has played alongside such talents as Frankie Bones, John Bishop, Mark V, Sandra Collins, Deepsky, Keoki, Richard Vission, DFuse, and others. Tommy has worked hard with his friend and production partner DuBois Moreno to keep pushing the envelope. Together they created the MaXxium Family, a tightly knit group of djs from around the Front Range of Colorado. Together with Lunaclipse, the party and club scene in Colorado is growing at a staggering pace.
