THE GERM
Here's "The Fungus Among Us", the poster boy of a record junkie, The Germ (22yrs young) got his music career starting at an early age, picking up a guitar at the age of 12. After many years of classical training and hard rocking, Germ took major step into the electronic world in 1998 buying an array of vinyl records trying to find his style. The first year was all about the Acid Trance and Hard German Techno. About a year later he realized what his style was Acid Techno. After getting a hand-me-down mix-tape from Chris Liberator It was on. From that day forward The Germ has built one of the most intriguing Acid Techno/Acid Trance/Techno collections known to mankind. Not Playing Much in the Northeast, The Germ still throws down in Juarez, Mexico & Toronto, Canada along side Techno Producer/DJ Slobodan. As the years went by Germ became good friends with Myth I-S, Dread, Integrity, and got a prime time job at Nemesis Music Distribution as an Import Buyer/Sale Rep. He chooses to remain out of the loop, and keep things very underground, with his unmatchable acid techno collection and mixing style, everything that DPIM stands for. The Germ has two CD's out now full of the most intense rare Acid Techno tracks from all eras.
