After being crowned Miss Puerto Rico Bikini, Tamara Sky decided to leave her native land and set her sites on fulfilling her entertainment dreams in The US. She has now set her focus to the world of acting, modeling, television hosting, and DJ'ing. Since then it has been light speed ahead!

In the few short months since signing with LA based DGI Artist Management (home to some of the industries sexiest stars - from International Super Models, Film/TV personalities, and recording artists, to Baywatch Babes, Playboy Playmates, fitness models, and Maxim/FHM cover celebrities - and who's DJ clients include top Celebrity DJ "Colleen Shannon", and DJ/Producer "Poet Name Life" of Black Eyed Peas, Fergie, Justin Timberlake, Mya, Jurassic 5, Travis Barker, Blood of Abraham fame), Tamara has been touring the planet, playing cities that include: Boston, Atlantic City, Vegas, San Jose, Phoenix/Scottsdale, Ft. Lauderdale, Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton, Sacramento, Miami, San Jose Costa Rica, and many others, such as Monterey Mexico where she realized one of her dreams on stage with TIESTO. She has just DJ'd the Pamela Anderson hosted Mac Cosmetics Fashion Week launch party in New York with her touring partner, celebrity DJ Colleen Shannon, and later this year will be hitting international spots including Germany, London, Paris, Guatemala, and El Salvador. Everywhere she goes, she is bombarded by press, media, and photographers, and asked to appear on television shows, do interviews for magazines and news papers, and do photo shoots. The latest news is that she has just inked a deal with top Performance DJ cartridge and needle/stylus manufacturer ORTOFON to become only the second female DJ in history (the first being celebrity DJ Colleen Shannon) to release her very own signature cartridge. To date only a couple of the industries biggest superstar male DJ's have ever had this honor. Last year, Ortofon (who reps legendary DJ's such as Grandmaster Flash, and is the official and only cartridge used yearly during the prestigious DMC DJ World Championships) released the "Q" signature cartridge designed and endorsed by Iconic World Champion DJ and turntablist DJ Q-bert. This year Ortofon will unveil the "CS" co-designed and endorsed by Colleen Shannon, and will then release the "TS". The set will feature Tamara on the box. In addition Ortofon is planning an extensive marketing campaign that will include an international tour, major print campaign, TV spots, and cross promotions with some of their other superstars including Q-bert, and Colleen. The deal is even more impressive when you note that her deal with Ortofon is exclusive, meaning that Tamara and her DGI Artist labelmate/touring partner Colleen will be the only North American based female DJ's to be given endorsement deals by Ortofon for some time to come. They will also be the only female DJ's to be repped by ortofon on a world wide level!!! Tamara presented an award at this years International Dance Music Awards along with Kelly Rowland (Destiny's Child), Rhiannon, Sandra Collins, and DJ Rap during Winter Music Conference in Miami. As an example of her hectic schedule, the following is a sample of her week at the time that this bio was written - 10th - Los Angeles, 13th - Winipeg Canada, 14th - Dallas, 15th - Houston, 16th - San Jose Costa Rica, 17th - Miami, 18th- West Palm Beach. With such a packed schedule, it's hard to believe she finds time for her other talents....... but she does.

Tamara has just shot her very first international Playboy Celebrity Cover and centerfold, making her an official International Playboy Playmate, and one of only two official Playboy playmate DJ's in the world. All other female DJ's that claim this distinction are making false claims: They may have appeared in the pages of Playboy, or been a one or two picture part of a themed concept pictorial, but only 50th Anniversary Playmate Colleen Shannon and International Playmate Tamara Sky have actually been given the official Playmate title by Playboy, and appeared as the magazine's centerfold. She has just signed a deal for and shot her first national poster. She just completed a ten page full feature pictorial for a brand new men's magazine that will be hitting the shelves in a few months. The mag will be distributed by the distributors of Maxim, and Tamara will be featured in the mags premiere issue, alongside many other celebs. She has been seen as a host of the TV series "The Roof", and has just started shooting as the DJ of an episode of a new extreme sports pilot for MTV. She has also just started shooting her role as one of two regular DJ's and co-host of the major network television series "VIP Passport". The show will feature some of the biggest stars in the entertainment industry. She will also be co-starring in a new motion picture called "School Of The Dead". Having mastered the art of mixing House music, Tamara is now sharpening her skills to the tune of Hip Hop as well. With breathtaking beauty and sex appeal, and budding success in the Film, TV, Music, and print modeling industries, it's no wonder that DJ Tamara Sky is being hailed as the turntable goddess.
