Slave1 has been DJing for over 8 years. She started by guesting at places like Rock Island, Snake Pit, etc. Got her residency at Onyx and spun Fridays and Saturdays there for almost 3 1/2 years. After Onyx closed down, she started her own night called Disintegration at The Cherry Pit. Disintegration has been through several locations and are currently at Benders (314 E 13th Ave). Disintegration has won numerous awards over the years including Westword's "Best Goth Night". Disintegration has been going strong now for almost 4 years. They have been the busiest and most exciting underground club night, complete with promotions, special themes and their legendary Halloween parties. They are doing a once a month format now, on the 4th Friday of every month.
