Sheldon Drake started out in NYCs Illbient scene at the seminal Abstrakt Wave parties in the East Village around 1995. He has since played over 600 sets at such venues as Twilo, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Anchorage, PS1, and was the host for four years of the well-received Undercity weekly at Halcyon in Brooklyn. His style is always blatantly psychedelic, relying heavily on layering and shear between diverse sources. He is also a busy motion graphics artist and a painter. He wants to make you trip a little, any way he can.
