RXM, aka Roach McKrackin, is a long time resident of Boston’s Mission Hill neighborhood

Music has been his passion since childhood; it all began with a plastic "Solid Gold" “electric” guitar he was given as a kid. Since that day, he's never stopped and has dabbled in a variety of genres, all the while honing his ability and production skills.

In 1993, he and some of his friends created the now-defunct punk band, Entrophy. After 10 years, a 7" record, 2 self-released CDs, a DVD and countless shows up and down the east coast, Roach decided to move on to something that could encompass his growing interest in music production. Thanks to his friend The Sunsets Down, he found that in electronic music. After spending an afternoon spinning records, RXM was hooked. He immediately got decks of his own, and began DJing and producing his own brand of reggae jungle with a vengeance.

In addition to producing jungle, he's also branched his production skills to include dancehall, hip-hop and hardcore. Somehow, even with all of that, he's found time to run not only his own website but also the Boston Jungle website, Boston’s premier resource for Drum 'n Bass and Jungle in the New England area.
