Richard Tulip is the renowned resident Trance DJ and Promoter of Promise in Newcastle - one of the premier dance clubs in the UK. Richard is now the linchpin of the Promise main room, playing his unique blend of Trance.
BBC Radio 1's Fergie, was quick to take Richard on board as one of Fergie's 'Future Heroes'. This led to Mixmag requesting Richard play for them at Cream Fields 2003 & 2004, Gigs for Gatecrasher and Passion soon followed, as well as several for Goodgreef at their flagship Tall Trees Events.
Richard's star is rising fast. Promise is now in its fifth year and stronger than ever, while Richard has already played repeat gigs for Inside Out and Goodgreef. As well as appearing for M8 Magazine at Scotland's largest club, Room At The Top. Most recently he has played the main stage for Godskitchen at their 8000 capacity Arena event in Newcastle upon Tyne!
The future looks very bright indeed for this rising star!
