Oliver Shine is one of the preferred rising DJ and composer of his generation. Born In Geneva, Switzerland in 1978, this party lover began his DJ career in 1990 in various lounge bars and clubs such as L'Interdit, The Sherlock's Caf and The Arthur's Club. At about the same time he completed training at the Performing Arts School of Geneva. With his capability of doing both DJ and MC, he has been requested in several clubs. In 1997, after his college graduation he got to know Club Manager's and appeared for the first time under the name of DJ Sugar. A year later he became DJ resident at the legendary Club 58 and together with other dj's of the region provided the hottest party nights in town.

Now he can look back on a career spanning more than 10 years as a DJ in the most acclaimed clubs around Switzerland, having celebrated success as a DJ in the fields of Hip Hop and R'n B, he gives another spin to his career finalizing a 6 months work collaborating with Vargo for his first debut single in an other style of music he personally appreciated, Chill-out and Lounge groove. Guided by his Indian and Latin origins he will contribute at its unknown vibe mixing soul that combines Latin guitar and Cool moody sounds. Vargo appears on Caf Del Mar Vol.10. That 1st collaboration will teach him a lot.

By this first personal success he decided to change name, following his wish to change style. Thanks to his amazing will of perfection he kept Hip Hop running, working on a project that will lead him to collaborate with national and international Dj's.

Oliver Shine is well known as a talented, committed, music-loving DJ and composer, and it is no wonder that simultaneously with his own recordings he works on and will release the live DJ set he has always dreamed of this winter. It is at this point that his ambition to breakthrough all over Europe is; by putting together technical hip-hop dj skills and his loving taste for House Music to create a new dimension of clubbing.

His agenda keeps him busy aside his composition, playing at The Vice Versa, The Cult Club, D Club, Scandale Lounge, Cactus Club, Plaza Lounge, Dolce Vita, Zed Club, Platinum Glam Club, FMRA, La Rotonde, Z cube, Bypass, MAD Club, XXL and many more.

Despite all his many music activities, Oliver Shine loves to return where it all began, namely in the clubs. The list of his appearances as a sparing partner of DJ's such as Martin Solveig, David Guetta, DJ Mouss, DJ Cut Killer, Bob Sinclar, DJ Ravin and the Supermen Lovers in Milan reads like a Top Ten of the most popular European dance temples.

His love for music goes on and on. That's just a beginning of a dream come true.
