Missile Myles is arguably one of the soul man responsible for the breakbeat scene in South Africa. When asked why he chose Dj'ing, he replied by saying that there is nothing else he would rather be doing.

In 1993 Myles started playing Alternative, 80s and 90s rock in Johannesburg, South Africa. It was in 95 that Myles turned his dj skills towards dance music and started learning how to mix early nineties House music. It was in early 96 he changed his sound to breakbeat and it was not long before he joined forces with the blunted stuntman and K and formed the Mad Blunt Crew. It was immediate success for the Myles as the crew found themselves doing and been booked all over South Africa. In early ?98 he earned himself a residency at the legendary club 206 and due to having this residency he was chosen to mix the second 206 breakbeat CD release distributed through Virgin/EMI South Africa. It was not long before he was chosen to be the first Dj in South Africa to mix Breakbeat on National Radio on the Mark Gillman show.

In his successful South African Career Myles was fortunate enough to be featured, play alongside and a supportDj for some of the biggest names in the Dance Universe. These names include the likes of Goldie, Jon Carter, Cut La Roc, Diesel Boy, Aphrodite, Richie Louisy & Jack Henney of Cargo 77, Johan Gielen (shanghai), Bryan Cross and Marcus Intelexto name a few.

Myles has played at all the major festivals around South Africa including OppiKoppi, woodstock and Up the Creek.

In 2004 Myles venture Far East and moved to Shanghai to open up the first breakbeat club called Madam Zung.

Due to popularity he started dj'ing in major cities around China including Beijing, Hangzhou, guangzhou, shenzhen and recently Tibet. He was then featured in the world no. 42 club Babyface, Shanghai.

It was in 2005 that he finally signed to fracture records and released his debut single, "fight for it".
