With a grassroots, do-it-yourself, thinking outside of the box and breaking all the rules mentality, Mario Massa has taken the Better Breakbeat Bureau from nothing more than a concept and turned it into a full-scale, all-encompassing breakbeat promotions and productions company. Never satisfied by the conventions that surround him and inspired almost wholly by the music, he continues to spawn a breakbeat scene where there once was none in existence. He continues to push that sound to the forefront, playing local clubs that never accepted it before, finding outlets for artists from out of town that no other promoters in Milwaukee would risk booking, and making those DJs a main stage attraction at the clubs and parties that his crew gets booked for. With help from a crew of passionate, in-it-for-the-music DJs, he has helped the Better Breakbeat Bureau become one of the most revered crews in the midwest. His music selection is one of the most advanced when it comes to breakbeats. He can deliver tracks ranging any number of styles or moods, and he never backs down from a new challenge, always working to get the dancefloor moving. He has shared the booth with DJs such as General Midi, Uberzone, Jez of the Autobots, Far Too Loud, Deekline, DJ Monk, Simon Bassline Smith, Reid Speed, Danny tha Wildchild, Freddy Fresh, Keith MacKenzie, DJ Fixx, General Malice, Stacy Kidd, DJ Lego and Justin Long.
