Jonathan vanAtom is one of the most popular independent electronica artists in Florida; Redefining music with a new style in every song. But the most distinctive characteristic in his works is their cinematic, epic sound. He prides himself on making every song an anthemic production... no compromises, no quickies and never settling for second best. If a song doesn't work perfectly, conveying the emotions intended... it simply will not be released.
Jonathan vanAtom started DJing in 1999 and began producing not long afterwards. His style was dry at first but grew into something much larger in recent years. He began as the front man and lead producer in the Euro Dance group Baby Blue. After their first album release, Jonathan moved to Australia and went solo. His first solo album, "Deception in Dminor", was released late 2001 and his second release, "Hardclass of 2003", is now available. Now, vanAtom pursues no DJ work as to allow time to concentrate on production and school. He is also currently working on a new album, "Making Love to Music", a tribute to life and the gift of love and music... more importantly, the relationship between the two...a perfect synergy that can never be explained by words alone.
