Jimson learned playing records at the age of 16 from his friends. Soon he accompanied them to record stores to buy his own vinyl.

After years of searching for his own style he got more and more influenced by minimal and techhouse because he felt really good by hearing and dancing to this kind of music.

Housy sounds are also dripping in Jimson's repertoire. In combination with his preference for melodious minimal, his sound is very warm and melancholic. Labels like Perlon, Cadenza and Vinylclub are found in his record case. His producing heroes are Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Petre Inspirescu, Tobi Neumann, Onur Ozer and Matt John.

After years of playing in small clubs together with dj Jaxx they got picked up by dj Prinz because he liked the sound, and he gave them to chance to play at Cafe d'Anvers where they played at the Freevibes parties. After that they participated in the Pioneer Pro DJ contest (2007). They won this contest and got the chance to play at bigger venues and festivals, also thanks to BOA (dissonant) and their set @ the Laundry Day Festival.

On his list of gigs he can add clubs like Loom (Germany), Coco Club (Shanghai), Sosho (UK), Cafe d'Anvers, Industria, La Rocca, D-Club, Bootleg, Space(B), The Cage, The Cube, Bootleg, Magic, Outline, ....

and Festivals like Laundry Day and Dissonant Festival.
