Javi Air is a Honduran born, L.A. based, Producer/ DJ who arrived in the U.S. in 1983, with his single parent mom. He grew up in Los Angeles, 3rd and Kenmore, until a move to the San Fernando Valley in 1990. His move to the valley led him to cross paths with HP and Ruben Carr (aka Darky), and in 1998 Ruben and Javi learned to DJ together. Javi Air became the proud father of a wonderful little boy named Matteo in 1999. His first release, Flight E420, was released in 2000. Flight E420 was well reviewed but the deteriorating financial security in his life and the need to put family first helped in placing Javi Air under the radar. For a bit, things only got worse, but stepping away from the box has cleared away many of the ghosts that haunted this budding artist. Feeling gracious and revived with a deeper focus, Javi Air returns to music as not only a DJ but now a producer, and a new passion for film brings acting into the ever growing circle of self-expression.
