Vancouver, Canada is the place which Iqy calls home. This Canadian born DJ is a relative new comer to the ranks. In the winter of '05, Iqy made his Trance debut on UrtranceZone.com, following that up with his first on-air debut of his weekly show on ETN.fm in January '06. Nearly 2+ years and 100s of shows have passed since that day in January '06 and there has been no letting up in his enthusiasm and energy. Following upon the successful launch of his show Tracefixation which aired its 100th and last episode on Christmas Day 2007, Iqy launched another brand new 2-hour show titled Terminal 22 which can be heard on the 1st Wednesday of every month on ETN.FM In addition to this show, he also has another monthly 2-hour radio show called Vocal Expression which airs every 3rd Wednesday of the month on DI.FM
He has also appeared as a guest on numerous different stations and shows such as Afterhours.FM, Solar Power Sessions & Distant Sounds, as well as being part of the ETR Megamix for charity, Afterhours.FM EOYC 2007, and a special on-air event held on the 4th of July, 2007 where he played alongside Jonas Steur, John O'Callaghan, & Sean Tyas and many more. In addition to these guest appearances and shows, Iqy has released a number of CDs beginning in the summer of 2006.

This'.along with the words, "Stay Happy" are two simple ideals which he tries to live his life by. The belief in the fact that none of us are here for a long time drives him and his desire to spread his sounds far and wide for everyone to hear.
