This Colombian hardcore cheddar choon selecta was initiated in the soundz of cheeze while living in Southern California. There, within the heart of the candy raving massive, he gave his first steps in what has become a passionate journey through Hardcore. Since returning to Colombia, an appearance on local dance radio show (Estacian Ibiza), 2 mixtapes, 2 mix C.D.s and an event have been produced in an effort to spread the 4-beat sound this side of the globe.

While FDB is an adept at the art of mixing what led him to the rave scene was in fact an experimental phase in his already in motion musical voyage as a guitarist/producer. Previous experience with Colombian metal band HYPNOCIDE as the Lead Guitarist and vocalist is what he describes as being the foundation of his "traditional" musical upbringing, skills which he later on applied to tackling the happycore piano.

His own label, Brightspeed Recordings was launched in September/2005 on IMOdownload.com, with the aims to serve as an outlet for himself and likeminded artists. In other words, those who are willing to push Hardcore to new limits while maintaining that ol' skool candy flavour he and so many have come to love.

So put aside what you know about HappyHardcore and let this former shredder show you what it means to tear up cheddar in the land of coffee!
