Firas is former resident of 'The Pin-Up Club' in Sheffield; Gatecrasher, Sheffield; Bed, Sheffield; Cafe Savannah, Ibiza (Sister bar to Cafe Mambo). He currently promotes his own party's, affectionately titled 'FILTHY FEW'....as well as presenting and producing his own radio show on stations such as Ministry of Sound and EC1FM, Angel. After just 5 years mixing records Firas has achieved many feats; from playing in places as obscure as Malaysia, Venezuela and Argentina....to warming up for some of the hottest talents in music.

Having enjoyed the delights of the steel city of Sheffield for 4 years, he upped sticks to leave and travel the world - returning to London in September 2005. Past gigs have seen him warm up for DJ's and acts such as MYLO, Seb Fontaine, Stanton Warriors, Greg Vickers, Paul Woolford, Nic Fanciulli, Phat Phil Cooper, MYNC Project, Pete Gooding, Krysko, Wally Lopez, Scooby & Del (Shindig), D.Ramirez, Little Louie Vega, Kenny Dope and Yousef.

He has been featured on Galaxy FM's Network radio show 'Nu-Breed' where he had a feature guest mix and interview and is now receiving press reviews from establishments such as Mixmag, Shout FM, Sandman Sheffield and a variety of internet e-zines...

The road to getting his break at 'The Pin-Up Club' involved a great deal of work and effort; past achievements include spending the summer of 2003 working on the White Isle of Ibiza; While on the island Firas co-promoted and was resident at his own night 'Beats Unique' which took place every Friday at the Savannah Funky Lounge - The night was a great success focusing on providing cool intimate parties for the workers on the Island; featured guest DJ's included Paul Taylor (Retro), Rob Marmot (Clockwerk Orange), Jim Breese (MTV Ibiza, Mambo), Rob ROAR, Jay-C (Space, Ibiza). Firas also played alongside two legends of House aka Masters at Work. On alternate weeks Lil Louie Vega and Kenny Dope graced the Savannah decks for a special and very intimate set of appearances. He also played at a range of other venues across the island, most notably at the Mixmag tipped Blue Sunday at Blues Bar, Ibiza Town (the old Manumission diner). He has also played as far a field as Venezuela and Buenos Aires in Argentina....

From the age of 17 Firas worked for 'IntheGroove' Records - Loughborough, Leicestershire....a record shop synonymous with top DJ's - Both Nic Fanciulli and MYNC Project both rated it as their 'Favorite Record Shop' in The Music Industry Manual 2004.
