Filip Fong was born a dj in Tonsberg, Norway, 1975.
Now living in The Netherlands.
He has been dj'ing since he could afford his first Technics 1210 and a mixer.
He were then 13 years old, and into Hip Hop at the time. He bought the gear because he wanted to learn how to mix and scratch.
This year (2008) he has been dj'ing for 20 years, but as he says, dj'ing is like driving a car. You will never get good enough!
He has changed styles every now and then over the years, started playing at clubs at the age of 16. He started out with Hip Hop (13). Then Dance and House (16). Then Rave, Techno and PsyStuff (16-19).. and for 13 years now, Trance!
You can say, Filip Fong is a dj for life.
