Esteban's musical career began at an early age with studies in organ and piano for over 15 years with strong and different influences, from classical and orchestral to new age, world beat sounds like Jean Michel Jarre or Dead Can Dance, and jazzy beats, Latin and fusion. He was inspired by artists like Chick Corea, among others. Dance tunes from early 90's marked the beginning of something that would become more than just a hobby.

Underground dance music struck him in 2000 with performances by Sasha, Warren and Burridge. Esteban decided to try out the dj experience, performing in suburbia small clubs. In 2002 he joined forces with dj Spyral forming the duo Spyral & Howell with a progressive and trance based sound, and producing Odyssey Sessions events. In 2003, keeping a progressive house music line, he performed at the official Club Vertigo opening event, most famous club in town as of today. He was also invited by the club to share the decks with Desyn Masiello and Luke Fair, one of his favorite producers of all time, on the Yoshitoshi "InHouseWeTrust3" world tour. The residency with Promotion Bookings, gave him the opportunity to warm up for John Digweed, one of the true masters. It wasn't until late 2004 that he joined Muzika Productions, and became one of Club Vertigo's most charismatic residents.

Esteban Howell's passionate sessions are well known in Central America and Mexico. He has been invited by friend Francis Davila to play in Guatemala, by Tom Sawyer in Panama, and Tini Tun in Mexico. He has warmed up the dance floor for James Lavelle, Ivano Bellini, Danny Howells, Hernan Cattaneo, Junkie XL, David Alvarado, Mauro Picotto, Dean Coleman, Behrouz, Paul Woolford, Smokin Jo, James Zabiela and Dubfire, among other talents.

House music- Deep & techy, electro and tribal are some of the sounds of the musical esthetics that you will listen to in one of the most interesting and sincerely passionate sessions of the Central America Underground. A space to enliven the hearing in a speech of a strange and elegant talent who, at the same time, goes on frontal contact with the public in a creative and discreet manner. Esteban Howell is an artist dedicated to the music and its abstract mission; to reveal the instruments passion, its sounds and the night's. A session with Esteban Howell will take us through to memory paths between sound and feelings that we have always felt around and inside us, being part of our lives and our soul enrichment.
