DJ E Munson got his start with DJing electronic dance music in Florida around the mid 90s after being inspired by hometown artists such as Rob E, Icey, and Baby Anne. Since then he has gone on to perform at a number of raves, nightclubs, art shows, fashion shows, and parties from Miami through Savannah to St. Louis.
From minimal to jazzy house to downright dirty electro there is always an energy in his record crate with the ability to transform something out of a crowds nothing. Todays influences come from producers such as Trentemoller, Axwell, Tom Neville, and Q-Burns Abstract Message.
His residencies have now included: 3 years at the Drunken Fish, 1 year at the OZ, 1 year at the Bubble room, 1 year at M.P. O'Reilly's; and guest spots including but not limited to Rhythm and Flow (Orlando), StripTease (Savannah), Molly's (St. Louis) The Crescent Room (St. Louis), Sub Zero (St. Louis), Pepper Lounge (St. Louis), The Kastle (St. Louis), Delmar Lounge (St. Louis), Upstairs Lounge (St. Louis), The Dam, Al Hrobasky's, and Farragos.
