EPID3MIK-7 (a.k.a Marc Lung) has been behind the decks specializing in funky and nu-skool breaks since 2001.

Music had always been a major part of Marc's life and taking up different instruments helped him to appreciate the art of music at a very early age. As years went by he began to open up to all types of music genres. From hip-hop, punk, metal, classical, R&B, house, trance, hardhouse nu-nrg, breaks, D&B (the list could go on and on). However his appreciation for the decks wasn't discovered until he started going to live shows watching Turntablists at the DMC competitions and DJ headliners at the local club nights. Instantly he was amazed at how one person behind a pair of turntables could control the collective vibe of the entire crowd to such a great extent using only the music that the DJ dropped.

Co-founder of the west-coast based Deviantbreaks crew, EPID3MIK-7 has been infecting the decks with bassline driven sets at every event he's played.

EPID3MIK-7 has rocked the decks alongside some of world?s best artists; including his breakbeat bass-queen hero Baby Anne. Marc has played for crowds all over the Northwest, leaving a savage trail of ripped up dance floors from Seattle to Whistler, BC. Clever blends of Hip-Hop mashups with Funky and Nu-Skool breaks is a signature trait for EPID3MIK-7 and he?ll be sure to make the crowd rip the floor apart.
