First off, please allow me to introduce DJ E~Z Cutt aka Eddie Standifer but most people just call him 'ez'. E~Z Cutt grew up as an Army Brat, living and traveling all over the world. Once settled in Fort Ord, CA (Monterey Peninsula) E~Z started DJing under the wing of DJ Splice. He started with house parties and then moved up to DJing his own High School dances. After High School, E~Z was invited to DJ a West Coast concert Tour that put his name out there and then he rocked every kind of party from public functions in clubs to private bikini beach parties in Carmel. He became one of the top DJ's in California and competed in the DJ competition 'Rocking the 80's where he took first place for Central Coast of California. E~Z then took it to the next level by studying under DJs like; the Latin Prince, Mike T and DJ Slip, where he mastered the West Coast Style.

After DJing all over the great state of California, E~Z put his hand in the world of production. He started out producing acts like; Playboy Chill, Seaside Posse, N.D.D., King Tee, Mc Eiht (of Compton's Most Wanted), Full Clip, Young 2-11, P.A.C. and others. Finally E~Z got a call to go to DeathRow Records and signed a production deal to work with artists such as; Red Rum, Bloody Mary and Leak, BUT due to legal problems with the label, E~Z had to walk away from that situation.

E~Z came back to the Central Coast and continued his DJ career, where he got bigger and bigger at clubs like; (Jillian's, San Francisco / Playas Club, Santa Cruz / Club Glo, San Jose / Club Octane and Planet Gemini, Monterey) and countless events. He did some work with several radio stations like 102.5 (KDON), 97.7, 91.9 (KSPB) and 93.5 (KBTU) where his mix-show (E-Z's Hip Hop Havoc Mix) became the highest rated mix-show in Central California. Now E~Z is a proud member of the Bum Squad DJz, the Phantom DJs, the Vinyl Assault Squad, and a reporting DJ for HITS Magazine. E~Z is back into the studio with his own production company (Cutt-Up Productions) and lighting up the West Coast with his famous mix CD's, such as "How The West Was Won" series, "Back~N~Da~Bay" series and "West Coast Trippin" series.

They call him 'ez' because of his laid-back style, but when he's on the turntables, he's an adventure to watch and listen to. E~Z's goal is to travel through out the world spinning West Coast Hip Hop, bringing the West Coast to your event.
