Dunamis is no stranger to this age of technology. In fact, this artist has been immersed in just about every aspect of electronics, music, computers and their various forms for much of his life. Born February 18, 1983 in Florida, Daniel Cook began playing guitar at 10 years old and bass guitar at 15. He soon grew into the realms of soundman, lighting, video-editing, etc. until he eventually began DJing in 2001. His passion for EDM quickly evolved into a talent for producing which has resulted in his first EP, 'Revelations' (Deep Life Records, 2006). Daniel has a technical education to back his love of electronic music. He is also proficient in computer technology, and electronics. While he mostly produces drum 'n bass, he also loves trance and hopes to release material for fans of that genre too! 'Dunamis' is the Greek word for power, and he chose that name because of the impact that he believes this kind of music can have in delivering the Word of God.

He continues to be an active musician in two of his church's bands where he now resides with his family in Birmingham, Alabama. Certainly, this artist will continue to bring the 'power' to the Christian EDM scene through his DJing prowess and music production skills.
