Yin Zheng, AKA DJ Dumpling, is a fresh face in the DJ scene. He shifted his musical ambitions and interests from classical music to house and progressive dance music when he entered high school. As a freshman in high school, Yin and his friends started a DJ crew called the Fighting Seizure Robots. After releasing several local house hits, Yin decided to pursue a solo DJ career.
As a soloist, he started off producing tracks in his bedroom and distributing them on the internet to his friends and fans. As he slowly progressed in producing house and progressive tunes, DJ Dumpling decided to evolve his musical ambitions by also becoming a mobile DJ. He has done numerous local gigs, and is currently working as a radio DJ for KWUR in St. Louis.
