To rescue the roots of electronic music, while imposing new nightlife trends is the goal of DD Domingo. This talented South-American Dj takes party goers on amazing trips to different regions of the world, by combining ethnic rhythms with the unique characteristics of House and Techno in all its variants: deep, minimal, electro, funk, progressive and bangin’.

DD Domingo’s exclusive approach to the public makes his performances an unforgettable experience filled with moments of euphoria. His sets are recognized for their high energy levels and constant evolution. It is only face-to-face with the artist that people are able to comprehend the intrinsic web of musical elements that he is knitting.

Jonathan Rosemberg, a.k.a. DD Domingo, was born in Caracas, Venezuela. At 15 years of age he travels to Toronto (Canada) where he begins his carrier as a Dj. While in the city, he had the chance to discover the mysterious art of mixing and begin the quest for the perfect combination of tracks, for a way to tell a story - any story- from the Dj booth.

In 1997, DD Domingo decides to move to Montreal, the North American mecca of electronic music. Throughout the four years he spent on the French city, he had the opportunity to play in over 30 clubs and countless parties. Among them where Sona and Stereo, the two main after-hours. He also had the privilege of spinning with renowned Djs like Junior Vasquez, Jon Aquaviva, Mistress Barbara, Parks & Willson and Erick Morillo.

While in Montreal DD Domingo was also co-founder of THE DJ SCHOOL, a non-profit initiative with the goal of taking teenagers out of the street. This project is still very much alive and continues to grow in Caracas, Venezuela - where he now has a radio show on Hot 94.1 FM, the most popular station amongst teenagers and young adults. DD Domingo also owns the largest record shop for Djs in the entire country, GROOVE, and on June 30th, 2005, launched the first record label dedicated exclusively to electronic music: GROOVE RECORDS - where his next mixed set will be produced and distributed, as well as his latest tracks.

This experienced Latin-American Dj stands out for his unique musical taste and elegant mixing technique. His extended sets (even longer than 12 hours) always leave people wanting for more. DD Domingo is a true exponent of the new music movement and the healing effect that a bass line can have on those who listen carefully.
