Since 1999, this Ottawa DJ has been a slave to the rave. Favoring the more psychedelic sounds in the scene; he began mixing Acid, and hooked up with next offensive out of Toronto Canada. A crew favoring the free techno feel, while offering full on beats.
In mid 2000 the move to psytrance was a natural selection for Data Decay, Being turned on to psy was an evolution, for and continues to be for the lovers of psychedelic music.
After joining the F.A.K. (freak addiction krew) out of Ottawa and Montreal, this Dj covered his basses and has been rockin Psytrance and Acid parties ever since.
In early 2004 Data Decay and his F.A.K. partner Psycronik began promoting a monthly psy night, and have been having great success bringing the best local talents Canada has to offer.
Keep an eye out, this is only the beginning.
