Born and raised in Colombia, Daniel was bitten by the Radio bug at a very young age of 4 and his first contact with audio equipment too. He loved to imitate and record sound effects from commercials with a microphone in a tape recorder.

Daniel Rodd travelled to London at the age of seven, where he entered the world of music. In Middle school education he took singing and violin lessons and quickly learned how to compose, read & write music. His passion for music grew bigger and bigger as he felt the music like the weather seasons.

At the age of 10 Daniel met his cousin Oliver Sasse Rodd (also known as Rodd-y-ler), who was on the same path as Daniel's to becoming a talented trance producer. His cousin had some success in 1998 with a release called 'Lifesigns' by the label Orbit, a track that reached the Top 40 charts in all of Europe and has been remixed by different djs across Europe.

Unfortunately, Daniel Rodd travelled back to his natal country, where he had different activities, a busy study schedule and small resources. After settling down at the age of 14, he entered the world of computers. He quickly became an expert at computers and combined this with radio and music production.

Daniel graduated from high school when he was 19 and decided to take a part in a project which included voice recording. He developed an English Multimedia Course that semester. After this he joined the Air force for almost 2 years. He was 21 when he retired.

He has been working his way up to owning a digital radio station with more than 300 loyal listeners per month. A few trance releases that sound on famous radio stations like Digitally Imported, Radio Seven, amongst others.

He is now the leader of a new project called United Artists along with other djs united to offer the best quality in live acts, productions, events and promotion to the well known djs of electronic music as well as all the music lovers throughout the globe.

Whenever he has the chance he likes to hit the studio to work on some new productions after his successful releases to continue his progress in collab with some international labels as well as national labels.
