d-go (aka Don Golden) originally from Orange County, California first became interested in electronic music while attending college in Orlando, Florida. Surrounded by the height of the Central Florida scene in 1993, he was born and raised on the uplifting progressive house sound that was the trademark of Orlando. Taking cues from his local favorites Kimball Collins, Andy Hughes & Icey, d-go began his career in 1994 playing a mixture mainly comprised of uplifting progressive house with timely placed Florida breaks.

In early 1995 d-go got his first break playing at Club Infiniti where he played for nearly two years. As he became more experienced, d-go added several other genres to his repertoire including drum n’ bass and tech house making him one of the most versatile djs in Orlando. Guest appearances at Icon, Cairo, The Club @ Firestone & Cro-Bar quickly followed making him one of the most active djs in Orlando.

Following his graduation from college in 1998, d-go retuned to California and settled in Los Angeles. Focusing mainly on his day job as a Marketing Manager for the first 2 years, d-go returned to the decks in 2000 and has been turning heads with his high energy performances ever since.

Continuing his history of innovation, d-go has developed a unique sound blending progressive trance and the amazing new tech trance sounds coming from Europe and most notably the BXR Crew in Italy. The effect is a wave of sound that moves the crowd and satisfies his desire to energize and free.

d-go currently holds a residency at the Fro-Bar. Past residencies include Gotham Hall and Last Man Standing @ Garage. He has also played The Mayan, The Highlands, AD, Key Club, Pangea @ The Hollywood Athletic Club, Wicked Hollywood @ Zodiac, After Hour Power @ The Palace, Vesuvius and Martini Lounge.

Throughout his career d-go has had the privilege of playing alongside top djs from around the world including: Blank & Jones, Eddie Halliwell, Lisa Lashes, D:Fuse, Tom Stephan, Marques Wyatt, Louis Osborne, Scott Henry, Ms. Lady Kier, Kimball Collins, Andy Hughes & Huda Hudia among others.
