CIXXX J
Making music is all about capturing a vibe, a mood, a rhythm, and here he comes with one of the most technological side of this process, that results in something called electronic music. The technological side that comes back to the roots when no matter if it is a straight bassdrum or a drill'n'bass groove, if it is clickish techno or something ultramelodic with no percussive sounds at all. This is something he does not decide to make, he just unleashed his imagination. Being fascinated with music since a little kid, he began taking lessons while four. At eight years hold some older cousins of Cixxx were getting into hard electronic dance music, say techno. So he became quickly infected and started trying to produce tracks and noise with broken tapes, old vinyl and an Amiga 600, now defunct. He still plays more traditional styles, and you could catch him playing some piano, or around Trastevere in Rome, playing accordion or harmonica. He finally got to know someone who understood his musical needs. He is Piero Zeta. They launched What Records in November 2005, to put out oldskoolish kicking dada almost senseless techno trax, as well as some electro infected complicated cerebral braindance.
