Alright the deal is he got started into the DJ bit mainly because he liked music. He had been listening to all kinds of music all his life. When he was young, like 3rd-5th grade, there was a competition in music class that would train kids to "listen" to music (classical mainly). He got good at it, so good that he could tell you song title and composer from just one note. And even if the note was played on an instrument that is not used in the original song.

So if you are wondering what kind of music he spins.... that depends what he doing it for. Parties, if you listen to it he will spin it. He always adds to his playlist everyday and goes out and buy LP's as much as possible, so that he has every kind music needed to play. Now if he was mixin it up, that is different. He uses the songs in his playlist and record case. But he prefers the sounds of rap / R&B / techno / house... If ya listen to some of his sample beats, ya will know his style.
