Carlos Agelvis, a well known and recognized DJ-producer born in Caracas Venezuela, began his DJ career in the 90's gaining the respect of audiences spinning at mobile discotheques better known as displays or minitecas such as "Le Voyage", "Betelgeuse", "Traffic", "Colors", "Digital Display", "Spectrum" and "DJ Service" among others. Today, he continues DJing at the best private parties in Venezuela with "NEW YORK PEOPLE"...La Autentica! Display with more than 20 years of musical tradition serving the elite of Caracas.
He is currently performing as a free lance DJ at the best disco clubs & bars in Venezuela such as: Ozono, Friends, Liquid, U Bar, Area, Egipto, Beer Station, Dadys latino, Driven Club, Almodo Bar and more.
Carlos Agelvis has performed at special presentations, shows and events among renowned artists and bands such as: King Chango, Sting, Oasis, Shakira, Cristina Aguilera, Los Amigos Invisibles, Chayanne World Tour 2002, Oscar d Leon, Ruben Blades, Mana, Ricardo Arjona, Alejandro Sanz, Aterciopelados, Cafe Tacuba, Los Pericos, Caramelos de Cianuro, Guaco, Mulato, Bacilos, Los Melodicos and La Billo Caracas Boys.
He has also performed as a DJ at Venezuelan radio stations such as: Imagen 88.1 Fm, Tu Fm 92.9, Hot 94.1 La que manda, 107.3 Fm La Mega Estacion, Circuito X Fm, Planeta 105.3 Fm and 99.9 Fm la senal exitos para todo el pais via satelite.
His most recent work in radio is highlighted in "Ciclo Pop" where he has participated as musical correspondent to the recognized radio presenter Jesus Leandro whose show on 99.9 Fm "La Senal Exitos" is broadcast Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. He is also a correspondent for many more radio shows held by the same presenter such as "Las 10 grandes del Color" from Monday to Friday from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm and "Una semana como esta" from 8:00 am to 12 pm playing the best tracks of the 70's, 80's and 90's.
Carlos Agelvis has been special guest of TV-Music shows such as "El Mezclote" broadcast on TELEVEN and on "Y Punto con Marieta Santana" by "La Tele" both in Caracas, Venezuela.
His wide knowledge of music has projected him to National and International levels offering his art to this vibrant world...
