Eli Lavi A.K.A Black Dragon from Israel. He started djing at the age of 15 after he got the inspiration of the best dj's from Israel. "Those days Ella Gutman was the best dj here, she made the crowd go crazy!. I just saw that and I felt the most happiest person on earth. So I decided to make it myself and make others go crazy with my music".

Nowadays Black Dragon & Gil Goldshlager are running the new djs agency named ILTA AGENCY. The main goal of this agency is to promote young dj's and more than that, to promote the scene in Israel.

Black Dragon also host a weekly show on ETN.FM Radio (Every Monday) named "ILTA - Israel's Trance Addiction". On ILTA he hosts the greatest DJS around the globe, such as Rank 1, Misja Helsloot, Flash Brothers, Flutlicht and many others...

In this days Black Dragon is only 20 years old (B.Date 20.02.84) & serve the army (idf). But this won't make him stop doing what he likes the most, produce and perform.
