Andy's love of all things house started some 10 years ago when he first heard the sounds of Masters At Work, Roger Sanchez and Deep Dish. His first vinyl purchases were early releases on labels like Junior Boys Own, Slip 'N' Slide and Cajual.

Over the years his sound has progressed to include both soulful and electronic elements with tough, dubby basslines and percussive, hard jackin' beats. Usually with a healthy dose of acid & bleepy stuff thrown in for good measure. His wide-ranging enthusiasm for the house genre also sees him playing tech and tribal tunes.

Andy's main sources of inspiration these days are DJs and producers such as Yousef, Derrick Carter, Brett Johnson, Paul Woolford, Phil Weeks & Luke Solomon and the Classic, NRK, Music For Freaks, 20:20 Vision and Brique Rouge labels. Carl Cox remains a massive influence on him to this day.

Andy's earliest gigs were on the North Wales free party scene but since then he has held residencies at Cubes and The Lounge in Blackburn, Zumbar and The Tube in Manchester and The Temple in Bolton, including warm-up slots for the likes of Lisa Lashes and Daniel Soto.

Other gigs have taken him to Leeds (Fibre, BRB) Sheffield (Groove) and various other nights and venues around Manchester (Project 5, Zero Degress, North, Phoenix)

In 2002 he took part in the Sony Minidisc Cream Resident competition, reaching the final 10 and playing in the Annexe room at Nation in Liverpool, impressing judges such as the legendary Justin Robertson along the way.

After relocating to Leeds, Andy is aiming to increase his profile in the area during 2004/5.
