Alex has been seen playing out in New York City since 2003. His first public appearance was at Shelter formally known as Speed playing the Moroccan room with the Audio Elements crew for their thanksgiving weekend event. Since then Alex has had the chance to play out in various venues like Crobar, Spirit, Exit, Centro-Fly, Shelter, and Discotheque as well as numerous bars, lounges and private afterhour events in the New York City area. Alex has also been featured in one of New York's most respected local DJ talent showcase hosted by Homegrown at Sin Sin's Leopard Lounge. He has held residencies at Orchard Bar/Lounge and Opus 22 where he has played out with New York's top local talents. Alex has also been booked to start the music at Crobar playing in the reed room from 10pm to 12am on October of 2004 the night featuring Roger Sanchez and March of 2005 featuring Danny Tenaglia before the main room opened up. Gilbert Stafford & Lee Blumer from Crobar have also given Alex the chance by booking him to play in the prop room for TV's Darnell William's (of All My Children's) birthday bash.

Alex's style has been mainly influenced by DJ's like Sasha, Digweed, Danny Howell, Miguel Migs, Deep Dish, and Sander Kleinenberg. His style has been evolving as his influences now are leaning towards the sounds of producers like Mylo, Dominik Eulberg, Martinez, Trentemoller, MANDY, DJ T, Alter Ego and Tiefschwarz. Progressive, deep, tribal, tech, minimal, techno and trance are some genres that you'll hear being mixed in his DJ sets. He keeps a great groove and balance when opening and rocks out hard when playing peak time / closing sets. Alex has been seen playing alongside Johnny Dynell, Astro&Gylde, Chris & Kai, Lance Jordan, Katsu Imai, Mike Negron, and many more New York local talents during his career. He played on downshiftradio.com spinning with syntaxmusic.com DJ Mike Z during the summer of 2005 getting exposure around the globe through internet airwaves. Alex has joined the ambassador team at Crobar and is now promoting running a list for Fridays & Saturdays at New York's hottest club (Crobar) and sometimes he plays out locally when booked by his industry friends.
