Agent Adam (26) grew up in Sonoma County, CA (an hour drive north of San Francisco). He has been an avid pop and rock music fan since he was a child. In his school years, his passion was performing music, theatre, and dancing. Then, in high school, he discovered and participated in the flourishing local punk and ska scene that had created a very large bohemian community in the Bay Area during the late 90's. Adam decided to buy a guitar and write his own music. He attempted to start and join a few bands, but his attempts failed. He had to express his love for music.

During that time, Adam had made a few rave promoting friends and started broadening his musical tastes in the direction of techno, house, and big beats. DJing had crossed Adam's mind, but he knew it was an expensive hobby for a teenager with very little money. One day in 2000, while playing a new video game, Adam was listening to the soundtrack and was blown away by a track from Sasha, part of the well known DJ duo; Sasha and Digweed. The song was called "Xpander." This was a new sound... ... TRANCE! Adam knew that was his calling -Trance music!

Later, he discovered two albums by Paul Oakenfold; "Tranceport" and "Another World." After listening to those, Adam knew there was a whole new movement in the exciting and evolving world of club music. He wanted to be part of that. He began collecting hundreds of albums, singles, and compilations. Also, he studied other DJs, remixers, and producers to figure out how they would create and blend their sounds and beats. Adam has dabbled in some producing and wishes he had time for more. Ferry Corsten, Tilt, Junkie XL, and many others have influenced him over the years. And he has broadened his tastes in electronic music to add breakbeats and house to bring variety to his club sets.

Adam spent much time in 2004 practicing his sound with borrowed equipment. After saving up, he finally got his own high quality DJ gear; two Numark CDX players, and a state of the art mixer/sampler Numark 5000FX. And he soon hopes to be spinning at a club, party, or event near you!
