1. To enter, fill out the form completely including the following information: name, address, Internet or other e-mail address and daytime phone number. One entry per person.
2. No purchase or payment necessary to enter. The Sweepstakes begins 03.01.2005 and ends 04.01.2005. Five winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received under the supervision of The DJ List. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the date given on the official rules and submitted in accordance with the rules. Winners will be notified by e-mail, regular mail or by phone.
3. The Sweepstakes is open to anyone at least eighteen years of age, except employees and their immediate families of The DJ List, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and its advertising and promotion agencies. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of The DJ List which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. The DJ List will arrange for delivery of all prizes.
   
   Except where prohibited by law, the winner consents to the use of their name and entry in any manner by The DJ List and its advertising and promotion agencies without further compensation. The DJ List makes no warranties and accepts no obligations will respect to any aspect of the prizes. Neither The DJ List nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, or related companies are responsible for any damages, taxes, or expenses that the winners might incur as a result of this Sweepstakes or receipt of prizes. Winners accepting prizes agree that all prizes are awarded on the condition that The DJ List and its agents, representatives, affiliates and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prizes. Winner further acknowledges that The DJ List is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness. Winner may make no substitutions or transfer of prize. The DJ List reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Internet - Entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If the potentially winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, potential winner may be requested to provide The DJ List with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry. If for any reason the online portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The DJ List which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, The DJ List reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. The DJ List assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The DJ List is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by The DJ List on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.
   
   CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
